Gladedale is a privately owned, national residential house building and property development company specialising in new build, city regeneration, historical restoration and refurbishment projects. Headquartered in Epsom, Surrey and Stirling in Scotland the company has offices throughout the UK and has become one of the fastest growing companies in the UK property market.

Simpson assisted Gladedale in the production of moulds for architectural features for a wide range of residential property developments. The process started with an initial consultation into the company's requirements, and their need for a cost effective, high quality solution to all of their GRP requirements. Gladedale drew on the production skills of Simpson, which were combined with in house CAD capabilities and knowledge of cost effective processes and materials. This solution created a suite of architectural mouldings that provided cost savings, produced economies of scale, and benefitted Gladedale through a new, more streamlined manufacturing process.
