Provided components for Eurofighter simulators in Great Britain, Germany, Italy and Spain - the four countries participating in the Eurofighter project.

Sophisticated designs were required to house full-mission simulators which enabled complex scenarios to be practiced, including the threat from surface-to-air missiles or electronic warfare tactics.

The pattern making concepts needed to cater for a range of features for the range of latest generation simulation systems, including the multi-axis motion system, and a high-resolution 360° panoramic out-of-the-window display.
