Simpson Patterns GRP fibreglass department was set up in 2008 have developed skills in the design and production of composites/ GRP products providing bespoke and mass-produced items to meet a growing market while continuing to provide services to our traditional customer base.

We bought our first 5-axis CNC machine in 2009, and have since added two more to the plant list, as well as investing in a 5-metre 3D scanning arm for inspection and reverse engineering.

Combining traditional bench skills with modern CAD/CAM & CNC technology, the business now applies their skills to a range of industries;

Simpsons has continued to invest in new technology; from machines to software, but most importantly and in line with our company ethos… people. With in-house and apprentice training, we have advanced our skills in design, manufacturing and turn-key project management which has helped the company to attract new customers and increasingly exciting projects for the team to apply their skills.

Simpsons Patterns Ltd are pleased that in 2018 we achieved ISO 9001 and moving forward we see a continued growth and expansion in new areas while supporting our customers through turnkey services.
