Pattern and Mould Making

Our fully equipped pattern and mould tool workshop is located in Sheffield and operates out of a 13,000 square foot premises.

We can offer traditional bench pattern making with a highly motivated and dedicated workforce with over 40 years’ experience in traditional pattern making methods.

We can however offer the fully integrated CAD CAM department who can design and CNC machine any pattern equipment, plugs or direct moulds to meet often demanding customer lead times. We continually invest in our technical office department and have seen the rewards of this with a highly skilled, young and ambitious workforce able to manufacture very complex tooling to a customer needs.

We manufacture tooling out of wood, metal, tooling boards, resin, plastics, polystyrene and foams.

There is no pattern or mould too big or too small for our team.
