Foundries

We provide a range of services for foundries all over the UK. We produce patterns for the steel and iron industries, assist in the production of components for power plants, oil production from mining to marine applications. From traditional pattern making, through to more specialist projects, we, Simpson Patterns have over three generations of experience in the production of high quality patterns for Foundries.

Past projects include to the production of patterns for high integrity magnesium and aluminium castings for the aerospace and defense industries. Our use and knowledge of modern materials and investment into new technology, allows us to provide additional services to foundries including CAD/CAM and reverse engineering services to compliment the production of patterns, in addition to the latest 5-axis CNC machining technology at our Sheffield site.
